A few weeks ago, my cousin Dawn took her own life, leaving behind one son, Seth, who is still in high school and suddenly faced with not only the devastating loss and grief, but piecing together “life from here on.”

If you would like to make a donation to help Seth, there are several ways you can do so. Your generosity will make a huge difference in Seth’s life, both now and moving forward at this confusing and overwhelming time of transition.

Thank you!

A GoFundMe donation campaign has been started by a friend of my cousin HERE. I am personally collecting and attending to the actual deposits into an account only I have access to, and I can attest that every dollar donated thus far has gone into this protected account for Seth. However, if GoFundMe is new to you or makes you nervous, please see one of the many other options below.

You can send a PayPal gift of any amount: erik@eriktyler.com . Include “Seth Paolo Fund” in the message (though I will know!). I will respond to thank you and acknowledge receipt of your gift.

If you are local, you can get donations of cash or check directly to me (checks in my name with “Seth Paolo Fund” written in the memo). I also have a square account and can accept a credit card gift if you’d like to arrange a time to meet in person.

You may also mail a check. Please contact me via email for my home address:
erik@eriktyler.com

Income streams are extremely tight now and Seth is also in need of basic necessities. A gift card to Hanneford’s or Roche Bros. (local supermarkets), WalMart, CVS or the like would be greatly appreciated and put to good use.

Finally, an immediate need will be a transportation solution. Seth has his license but does not own a car and has been walking or skateboarding to school and work, etc. A vehicle will allow him to manage school, work, the many new appointments, counseling and the like, as well as give him a sense of control and independence. If you are local and would like to donate a vehicle, or if you know of a good car available for a low price, please let me know.
