100% approval rating
I’ve been around the world. From Beijing to Bohol to my own backyard, I’ve had personal dealings with thousands upon thousands of people from all walks of life.
What’s more, I don’t just write about the power of choice. I practice it. I put it to the test with people. I’ve experimented with what works and what doesn’t where it comes to human relationships. I’ve honed my interpersonal skills. I’m known for being accepting, patient and kind. And I genuinely like people, so I’ve got that going for me as well.
Based on my travels and extensive interactions with people the world over, I’ve collected and analyzed vast amounts of data. And I now wish to share with you today — for the very first time — my complete list of surefire tips and tricks that will allow anyone to achieve …
A 100% Approval Rating
Get ready to be loved by all. At long last, here is the definitive list of ways to get absolutely everyone to like you, thereby achieving a 100% approval rating from others:
Yep, that about does it.
Shortest post yet.
[P.S. This post is in no way a political commentary on any person or thumb, past or present. In fact, it’s not even about me. This post … is 100% about you.]
Ha ha ha ha. Love it! I had to do a double-take. Where did it go? Lol. Still laughing. Ha ha ha.
What a perfect post and so funny. Ha ha ha. I need to compose myself. Deep breath. Ha ha ha..
Glad you enjoyed it, Diana! 😀
Hey. I guess the comment showed up!
Yes, I sent you an email explaining. Some of your emails got tagged as SPAM. I suspect it may have been due to the day I wrote the post on The Rose Shield, perhaps because you replied to other comments rapidly during a short period of time. I’m hoping it’s been resolved now!
😀
One of the best things about turning forty was that — overnight! — I suddenly only saw fit to seek approval from exactly two people: my wife and myself. I’ve never been happier or more content.
Here’s irony for you: I had to hit “Approve” to get your comment live. 😀
Yes, I’m often saying that one of the best things about getting older is that I don’t care about what others think about me anymore.
Sometimes, the shortest answer (ie, no answer) is the best way to explain something. Who needs approval anyway? That’s one of the great things about getting old(er). Don’t really care, as long as I’m loving and kind and happy.
But, I agree with Diana. This was FUNNY.
I totally agree. I used to care so much about who approved. Then I realized that, for every YEA there was an equally adamant NAY. Net zero. So for the past couple of decades, I’ve gotten pretty good at not caring. I’m never insensitive; but when it comes to things that either only affect me or which are voluntary for others … I go with my gut, not the popular vote.
Ha ha ha! Love it!
” … and you.” 😉
